We arrived back home two days before school started (we will plan better next year)! So, with jet lagged bodies, we prepared for school. The night before school started, we had a "Back to School Celebration." Our dinner was served on fine china, we spent time reminiscing about what a great summer we had, and Todd gave each child a father's blessing.
Leah is starting the Second Grade and Afton is starting the Fourth Grade:
Nicholas is attending Pre-K (for half day at Grace Bible Church):
Noah gets to stay home with me (which he is none too happy about, because when Nicholas gets out of the car each day he asks, "Where Nick Nick going?" I answer in my most fun voice, "To school, and YOU get to stay with Mommy and PLAY!" He responds flatly, "UHH, when Nick Nick coming home?")
