We came home from our DMB getaway and packed up AGAIN...this time we were headed to NC. First stop, Todd's parents to spend the 4th. We had a great night with family and friends and enjoyed a private fireworks show with tons of illegal VA fireworks. The next morning we got up and headed to my dad's. Unfortunately, both my boys were sick with fevers for the three days that we were there...but we still managed to light sparklers, play outside, jump on the trampoline, swim, go out to eat, got to the park, visit with old friends and play Rock Band! People pictured are my little sister, Layni, my step sisters, Ali and Miki, my dad and his wife, Leslie. We loved seeing you all and REALLY hope you don't get sick!

A friend asked me before we left, if my kids miss home...let me just say "NO", they are having a blast and enjoying every minute with friends and family.
