Anyone who knows my husband well, knows that he LOVES efficiency in all things. So, this year he made it his goal to plan an EFFICIENT vacation! He was so excited to plan 12 days at Smith Mountain Lake in Roanoke, VA where our little family got to see ALL of our family and even some close friends during those 12 days. Here's how it worked....our 12 day vacation was split into 4 day increments:

One of the kids' favorite activities was Euro Bungi Jumping. It was a series of straps and harnesses and a trampoline. They could jump super high and do flips (none of our children braved the flipping) and it was really fun.
We also spent time boating, fishing, swimming, tubing, reading, game playing, outdoor movie watching, and relaxing. It was SUCH a great vacation. Thanks to my sweetie for being so EFFICIENT!
