Nicholas turned 5 in June! He wanted a baseball cake, so I did my best to make a basesball diamond. He was pleased with it. We had some family friends come over to help us celebrate.
We also celebrated with his best bud, Tim, and his family... 
And again with cousins...
The party just never stops when Nicholas is around! He is such a fun little guy. He's very easy going and pleasant to be around. He is kind to his brother and sisters and loves playing with his friends. He is independent, especially when it comes to learning new things - he taught himself how to ride a two-wheel bike. I just looked out the window and there he was peddling away. He has an infectious smile and tons of freckles - where did those come from?! We are so happy Nicholas is part of our family. Happy Birthday Buddy!
