Budding Artist

Last year, Afton was invited to participate in a county-wide Art show. You can imagine our excitement when Leah was invited to participate in the same show THIS year! Only 25 kids from her school were selected to participate (5 in the 2nd grade). She did a leaf print and it was so pretty.


It will be on display at the Arts Council building for a few more weeks, then it will be on display at her school. She was invited to a reception to celebrate and we got to see all the other schools' art projects. It was really fun.

I can't wait to have it framed and put it on display in our home! YAY, Leah!!
