Aunt Sherry

Yes, I have been neglecting my blog for nearly a month now...but do not fear, that does NOT mean I have been neglectful in reading YOUR blogs...I NEVER miss that - thank you Google Reader!

I have a pretty slow week this week, so I am going to take the time to do a few posts and play "catch up".

First, a bit of sad news. Todd's Aunt Sherry passed away at the beginning of April. She was only 54 and was such a positive influence to all who met her. She battled cancer and fought a long, hard fight. Aunt Sherry had a great smile and infectious laugh. She LOVED children and children LOVED her. Our children were no exception. Sherry will be greatly missed.




On the way to the Memorial Service we saw this beautiful rainbow. The drive to Todd's parents' home in the Shenandoah Valley is beautiful on any given day, so to have the added beauty of the rainbow was breathtaking.
