Skirts

While the Kings were here, I decided to make some skirts for the girls and burp cloths for the baby. Poor Harrison just got water guns - I couldn't think of anything fun to make a 3 year old boy.

Anyway, the skirts were fast and turned out pretty cute:

I used this free pattern from Oliver and S.


I put a hem on the bottom and sewed the ribbon about 2 inches above the hem (instead of encasing the hem with ribbon as suggested in the pattern). Like I said, these were SUPER easy skirts to make - took me only an hour.
